The Bjelašnica - Igman Olympic Center is only 25 kilometers from Sarajevo. During the year, we have more than 200 snowy days, and in case of an insufficient amount of snow, it has an artificial snowmaking system. So don't worry, just pack your skis or board, relax and enjoy!

How to top up a coupon?
Buying a daily ski pass in Bjelašnica is easy!
Do you have a Keycard/talon?
Top it up during the season via the "Enter Keycard ID" option when purchasing. If you have bought a season pass on the existing coupon and buy a day ticket on the same, the season ski pass will be cancelled! Never use a coupon on which you have an active season ticket!!!
If you do not have a Keycard, download the map on the SKIOSK device. Complete your purchase, you will receive a QR code via email. At the ski resort, open the QR code on your mobile and scan it at SKIOSK to quickly download ski passes.

Day and half-day tickets
When purchasing children's tickets, all users are required to submit an identification document or birth certificate.
In case of bad weather conditions, i.e. the ski resort is closed for the period of validity of the ticket, it is possible to get a replacement ticket.
It is not possible to make a refund due to private reasons.
Half-day tickets from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. purchased for Bjelašnica are valid for Bjelašnica and Igman.
Rejected transactions!
Potential reasons for card rejection:
1) You did not correctly confirm the purchase during 3D secure. For your safety, validation is done via SMS or the bank's mobile application.
2) Insufficient amount on the card!
3) Limited amount when shopping online in one day.
4) Limited number of purchases on the Internet in one day.
5) Unsupported cards. Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards are currently supported.

Discounts
1) Student discount is 10% on one-day tickets upon presentation of the confirmation. The student discount is not available through the webshop.
2) NLB and Mastercard offer a -10% discount for mastercard card users when shopping online. Before paying in the "Mastercard -10%" field, enter "MC" and click apply. After you go to pay, when you enter the card number, the system will perform validation and, if you have a MasterCard, grant a discount of -10% when paying.
3) The current discounts for daily tickets do not apply to shopping via the webshop, but only to shopping at the cash register!

Is the ticket transferable?
The ticket is not transferable. Season tickets are personalized.
Only the corporate '10 of the season' ticket is transferable!
Any misuse of the ticket will result in the ticket being confiscated. All users are required to show an identification document at the request of an official of KJP ZOI 84 or a third party that has the right to control tickets.
Until when is the season ticket valid?
Season tickets are valid until April 15, 2024.
How is ticket control performed?
The SKIDATA system registers each personalized map and records the passage, during which a picture of the passage is written. KJP ZOI84 OCS doo Sarajevo has material evidence of possible abuse in its database.
