1. Select the card and the appropriate category.
2. In the cart, enter your first name, last name, date of birth and add a picture.
3. Click on the "Enter Coupon ID" option. On the back of your coupon (with the Audi or NLB logo) there is a number that starts with 01-xxxxx-xxxxx . Enter that number and complete your purchase.
4. After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email - this means your ticket is ready to ski.

👉 The coupon you have refilled is valid for the current season. Don't throw it away! You will not receive a new coupon - continue using the one you entered when making your purchase.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you have purchased a season ski pass on your existing ticket, do not purchase daily tickets on the same ticket, because the season ski pass will be canceled !

You can buy a seasonal ski pass for your children up to the age of 6 only at retail outlets with a copy of the document (birth certificate or passport copy). The condition is that one of the parents has a season ski pass.

Potential reasons for card rejection:

1) You did not correctly confirm the purchase during 3D secure. For your safety, validation is done via SMS or the bank's mobile application.

2) Insufficient amount on the card!

3) Limited amount when shopping online in one day.

4) Limited number of purchases on the Internet in one day.

5) Unsupported cards. Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards are currently supported.

Period of validity of the season ticket: from the beginning of the season until 15.04. In case of extension of the season, a new price list will be applied.

When shopping, all users are required to show an identification document and photo.

All users are also required to show an identification document at the request of the KJP ZOI 84 officer or a third party that has the right to control the tickets.

When purchasing children's tickets, it is necessary to show an identification document or birth certificate.

The Season Ticket Monday - Friday with night skiing (Season PP) is valid for working days of the week.

The Season Ticket is valid for all days of the week.

The Season Ticket with included night skiing is valid for all days of the week and dates scheduled for night skiing.

Season tickets are personalized with photos and are not transferable.

Any misuse of season tickets will be sanctioned by confiscation of the ticket, with no possibility of refund.

It is not possible to refund the season ticket.

In the case of a 'green winter' (lack of precipitation and the impossibility of making snow), the request for a refund will not be accepted.
If:
- The ski center provides more than 25 days of skiing in the season, the tickets will be considered used.

- If the ski center provides less than 25 days of skiing in a season, discounts will be given for the next season's tickets

The ticket is not transferable. Season tickets are personalized.

Only the corporate '10 of the season' ticket is transferable!

Any misuse of the ticket will result in the ticket being confiscated. All users are required to show an identification document at the request of an official of KJP ZOI 84 or a third party that has the right to control tickets.

User category 0-6: children born after January 1, 2017. or younger. Years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.

User category 7-12: children born after 01.01.2011. or younger. Years: 2011. 2012. 2013. 2014. 2015. 2016.

User category 13-18: children born after 01.01.2005. or younger. Years: 2005. 2006. 2007. 2008. 2009. 2010.

Adult user category: born before 31.12.2004. until 01.01.1957.

User category seniors: born on January 1, 1957 or older.

1) Student discount is 10% on one-day tickets upon presentation of the confirmation. The student discount is not available through the webshop.

2) NLB and Mastercard offer a -10% discount for mastercard card users when shopping online. Before paying in the "Mastercard -10%" field, enter "MC" and click apply. After you go to pay, when you enter the card number, the system will perform validation and, if you have a MasterCard, grant a discount of -10% when paying.
3) The current discounts for daily tickets do not apply to shopping via the webshop, but only to shopping at the cash register!

Season tickets are valid until April 15, 2026.

The SKIDATA system registers each personalized map and records the passage, during which a picture of the passage is written. KJP ZOI84 OCS doo Sarajevo has material evidence of possible abuse in its database.
