On the basis of the Law on Public Ski Areas of Sarajevo Canton (Official Gazette No. 54 of 2012), Law on Price Control (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH", No. 2/95 and 70/08 and Article 49 of the Company's Statute; the director of KJP "ZOI'84" OCS issues:
Rulebook on the use of ski passes in OC Bjelašnica - Igman
This rulebook defines the relations with the users of the services of the Olympic Center Bjelašnica and Igman and the ways and regulations of using ski passes at the ski resort, as well as the processes of selling ski passes and handling user complaints.
Article 2.
Ski passes of all types purchased at the ticket office (season tickets, multi-day tickets, flex tickets, daily tickets) require a deposit in the amount of 5 KM, which refers to the deposit for the ski ticket (plastic ticket). Talon works on the write-erase principle and the user can use the specified ticket for subsequent arrivals. If the user wants to return the deposit, he can do so via SKIDATA vending machines. The ski center can also use KEYTIX tickets (paper tickets) in sales, in which case no deposit is paid. A BARCODE ski pass is used for the baby lift system, which does not require a deposit.
By purchasing a ski pass, the skier/boarder confirms that he is fully familiar with the applicable legal regulations established by the Law on Public Ski Areas of the Sarajevo Canton and other laws that treat behavior in public places, as well as with the rules and procedures prescribed by the OC Bjelašnica - Igman. Skiing and snowboarding are activities with an increased risk of injury. Every ski pass user is responsible for personal safety! Users are obliged to have adequate equipment and take care of the correctness of the equipment for the use of ski slopes.
The ski ticket is valid for the entire cable car system on Bjelašnica and Igman or only Igman, except for baby lifts. Every ski pass purchased at the cash desk is valid from the date of purchase. Tickets purchased on the webshop are valid from the date of first passage through the laser. Seasonal ski passes are valid from the beginning to the end of the season. If the ski center extends the ski season due to adequate conditions, KJP "ZOI'84" OCS reserves the right to determine an additional charge for the extension of the ski pass in the post-season period, which the user can accept if he wishes.
The card is not transferable to other persons and must be shown at the request of an official. In case of misuse and endangering general safety, the Ski Center reserves the right to confiscate or block the ski pass without the right to compensation or refund. The first card blocking is permanent and the blocked card can only be unlocked with a written request. If the commission determines within 15 days that the ticket has been misused, the fee for unlocking the ticket is paid in the amount of 50% of the ticket value.
In the event of a repeat violation that will lead to a second blocking of the ticket, the user is obliged to pay for the unlocking of the ski ticket in the full amount of the ticket value. Offenses that lead to ticket blocking refer to the unauthorized transfer of tickets to other persons, which is considered the resale of ski tickets, which is strictly prohibited, as well as non-compliance with legal regulations and rules of conduct at the ski resort. In case of ticket control, users are required to show an identity document proving their age. Stewards on the trail have the right to block or cancel the ticket in case of misuse or inability to prove age when using the ski lifts. Daily and multi-day tickets for which there are reasonable suspicions that they are the subject of abuse will be blocked. A user whose ticket has been blocked can unblock the ticket only by showing the fiscal account for the specified ticket.
All users are obliged to keep the fiscal account until the end of using the service. Complaints without a fiscal account are not taken into consideration.
Refunds are not made in case of bad weather, icy slopes, closure of the ski resort or part of the ski resort. In the event of the ski center ceasing to operate due to operational reasons, the ski center is obliged to do everything in order for the ski resort to continue operating. If the Ski Center has not provided a minimum of 3 hours of operation of the ski area, on at least one ski lift or cable car, and the stoppages are caused by malfunctions, users have the right to a refund if they have a fiscal account and a daily ticket. In case of injury, death or proven unplanned inability to use the ski pass, upon written request of the user, and with the approval of the commission, it is possible to return or transfer the ski pass for the next season. The season ticket is considered used and it is not possible to refund money or transfer the ticket for the next season, if the ski resort has implemented a minimum of 20 days of operation of the ski resort in the season, regardless of the number of days of use.
In accordance with the official Price List of the Ski Center, a lost season ski pass can be reissued, with an additional fee. The user claims the lost ticket by requesting and presenting an identity document. A damaged ski pass can be reprogrammed at no extra charge, and only upon presentation of the fiscal receipt. A lost daily or multi-day ticket cannot be returned unless the user has the serial number of the ticket and the fiscal receipt for the said ticket.
The number of tickets is limited in case the number of skiers on the slopes exceeds the capacity of the ski resort.
Children under 6 years old need a ticket, which costs 2.00 KM, with the purchase of a coupon, but must be accompanied by a parent. Ski schools and instructors are required to purchase a ticket for children under 6 years old. which is treated as a children's ticket for the category up to 12 years old.
